If you LOVE WHOLE FOOD SWEET SNACKS AND TREATS but find them expensive to buy ready made out and about, then build your pantry ingredients so that you can whip a batch of them yourself in less time, and with less money than what it often takes to buy 1 or 2.

Build you pantry (over time) with these ingredients that you can use diversely to make sweet snacks:
+ Dried fruits – dates, apricots, sultanas
+ Nuts, seeds, and their butters – almond, peanut, tahini
+ Maple, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, coconut/raw sugar
+ Rolled oats, buckwheat, wholemeal/spelt flours, almond/hazelnut meal, coconut
+ Extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, good quality butter

Nothing you can’t find on a supermarket shelf, which makes grabbing one extra ingredients weekly or fortnightly, hopefully more achievable for you and less of an assault on your bank account than if you do it all in one.

PS. Love the look of these treats? I’ve bundled together my two most loved (by you!) ebooks – HEALTH ON A BUDGET & SOMETHING SWEET – to help you master the art of cooking delicious whole food sweet snacks (and meals too) that don’t break the bank. Link in bio to grab the bundle at 20% off ($23.99 vs RRP $29.99 when you buy separately).
