Tiramisu oats

Coffee and I are solid mates atm. So it was likely these TIRAMISU OATS were going to happen at some stage too! I’ve added chia and hemp to my blend because I love the added fibre and omegas, plus the chia helps gel the oats even more so and it works well for making them more tiramisu-ey. Recipe below!


Serves 2
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup strong coffee
3/4 cup soy milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp cacao

Serve with: yoghurt (I used coconut), sprinkle of cacao and some extra nuts of choice (I used pecans)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to eat, dollop some yoghurt around a bowl or jar, top with half the tiramisu oats, a sprinkle of cacao and some extra nuts if desired and enjoy!
