To make these SAVOURY PROTEIN RICH ROLL UPS do this:

Whisk 3 eggs and fry thin as an omelette.

Once cooked spread with 1/4 cup cottage cheese.

Season with salt and pepper and top generously with salt pepper, chopped fresh herbs and additional seasoning such as chilli flakes or a garlic herb sprinkle. 🤤

Roll up and cut into 4-6 pieces.

Store in fridge up to 3 days.
