With around 18g protein per serve these are a delicious, protein charged overnight oats that’ll keep you EXCITED by breakfast. Pop a good quality protein powder in to bump it up to 30g protein per serve should you wish. Either way, you’re winning at breakfast!

PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN OATS:

Serves 2-3 

1 cup (98g) rolled oats 

1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds 

1 cup (250g) greek yoghurt 

1 ½ cups whole milk (or milk of choice)

2 tbsp natural peanut butter 

1 tbsp Capilano Manuka MGO30+ Honey 

Dash vanilla 

To serve: sliced banana, dark chocolate (for the days you need a pick me up!) 

 

Combine all ingredients except banana and chocolate in a container and mix well. Cover and store in fridge overnight. Serve with sliced banana and dark choc chips if desired.
