Brown Paper Nutrition

This chia pudding is one worth whipping together stat to change up your breakfast repertoire. The simplicity of chia pudding is insane and let’s chat the nutrition shall we?

Chia seeds… tiny little seeds rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Fatty acids provide us with sustenance, glow, help maintain blood sugar levels and fats and fibre in these too create the gel which is the beauty of the ‘pudding’ as such. Combine chia with any liquid, the chia gel forms and there you have a binding substance which is a brill swap where required for eggs in baking, to thicken smoothies and in this case to amp up the nutrition punch in your breakfast bowl.
