The cherry ripe bowl … you didn’t know you needed

The most epic celebration of seasonal fresh cherries, but frozen, teamed with coconut yoghurt, melted dark chocolate, coconut flakes and toasted hazelnuts to deliver the antioxidant hit (protecting the body from the effects of stress, free radical damage and the end of 2023…) and flavour bomb that you didn’t know you needed!

CHERRY RIPE BOWL 

Serves 1

1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

1 cup frozen pitted cherries

50g dark chocolate melted

2 tbsp toasted flaked coconut

1 tbsp roughly chopped hazelnuts

Swirl coconut yoghurt around a small bowl. Roughly chop the cherries or leave whole as desired then spread around the yoghurt. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the frozen cherries so it snap freezes (like ice magic!), top with toasted flaked coconut and hazelnuts and tuck in.
