BERRY MANGO CHIA JAR 

Serves 3-4

2 cups frozen mixed berries 

200ml milk of choice 

½ teaspoon vanilla extract 

1 tbsp Capilano Manuka MGO30+ Honey 

½ cup (90g) white chia seeds 

To serve: Fresh mango or seasonal fruits for the top 

 

Defrost the frozen berries, then add to a blender with milk, vanilla and Capilano Manuka MGO30+ Honey and blitz. Pour into a container and add chia seeds. Mix with a whisk or fork until seeds are submerged then place in the fridge to set overnight. Serve with fresh cut mango pieces or seasonal fruit of choice.
