To make each bowl, start with Activia Probiotic Rich Yoghurt first in the blender and then add the rest of the ingredients to the top. Pulse first to chop through and then blend! Each serves 1.

BERRY GUT LOVING SMOOTHIE BOWL
1x 125g tub ACTIVIA PROBIOTIC RICH STRAWBERRY YOGHURT
1 cup (160g) frozen mixed blueberries and raspberries
1 medium (125g) frozen banana, chopped
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon (22g) almonds

PROBIOTIC RICH TROPICAL SMOOTHIE BOWL
1x 125g tub ACTIVIA PROBIOTIC RICH MANGO YOGHURT
1 cup (160g) frozen mango pieces
1 medium (125g) frozen banana, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 medium (25g) frozen cauliflower floret
1 tablespoon (20g) frozen or fresh avocado flesh

GO GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL
1x 125g tub ACTIVIA PROBIOTIC RICH VANILLA YOGHURT
1 1/2 medium sized (180g) frozen banana, chopped
1x 3cm piece (60g) frozen zucchini
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons (40g) frozen or fresh avocado flesh
