What I eat in a day to achieve 125g protein intake

Warmer weather has meant more raw crunchy foods, and Summery flavours (even though it’s early Spring!), here’s how I packed 125g protein into my day eating abundant delicious foods.

BREAKFAST: Flax bun with cottage cheese and fruit spread = 26g protein, obsessed by this breakfast, makes me motivated to get through training just to eat it lol. Flax bun recipe in HIGH PROTEIN PLANS.

SNACK: Green smoothie with spinach, avocado, banana, collagen+protein powder = 16g protein

LUNCH: Greek inspired lentil salad with quinoa to pump up legumes at lunch, so much fibre, great sources of plant proteins from both lentils and quinoa. Protein = 28g

SNACK: On the go – edamame and apple – easy one to have ready in fridge. Protein = 9g

DINNER: Coconut pineapple prawn skewers with fresh garden salad. Protein = 24g Recipe in HIGH PROTEIN PLAN : MEAT AND PLANTS

DESSERT: Frozen berries + greek yoghurt, sweet and delicious. Protein =22g

TOTAL PROTEIN: 125g+ from good quality wholefood sources and plenty of variety to keep meals exciting.
