A good slow cooked recipe takes a fraction of the preparation time of many traditional meals, while still delivering the nutrition we’re aiming for—protein to support muscle health and satiety, fibre-rich vegetables and legumes for gut health, and nourishing ingredients that help us feel satisfied and energised.
